    Die APASSIONATA Gruppe ist ein aufstrebendes Unternehmen im Bereich Live-Entertainment mit einem klaren Fokus auf strategisches und internationales Wachstum. Unser Portfolio umfasst regionale und nationale Veranstaltungen im Bereich Live-Entertainment mit Pferden. APASSIONATA produziert und vermarktet die europaweit bekannteste und erfolgreichste Pferde-Live-Show CAVALLUNA, die von bislang mehr als 8,5 Millionen begeisterten Zuschauern gesehen wurde sowie bislang auf den Münchner Markt fokussierten Familienshows unter der Marke CAVALLUNA Kids. Darüber hinaus betreiben wir in München Fröttmaning den CAVALLUNA Park sowie den SHOWPALAST MÜNCHEN, der zu einer beliebten Location für Veranstaltungen jeglicher Art (Corporate Events, Konzerte, Festivals etc.) geworden ist. Zum Ausbau unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten suchen wir am Standort München zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sales Manager Live-Entertainment (m/w/d) - Vollzeit / Hybrid Das sind deine Aufgaben:
    • Entwicklung und Implementierung von innovativen Vertriebsstrategien, -maßnahmen und Kooperationen auf regionaler und nationaler Ebene
    • Inhaltliche Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von neuen Kampagnen und Vertriebsprojekten
    • Tracking und Auswertung der Maßnahmen sowie Umsetzung der Ergebnisse in neue Strategien
    • Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Identifikation von Trends und neuen Vertriebsoptionen zur Stärkung der Wettbewerbsposition
    • Ausbau des bestehenden Vertriebspartner- und Kooperations-Netzwerks insbesondere im Bereich Busunternehmen und touristischer Vertriebsplattformen auf regionaler und nationaler Ebene sowie in Österreich und der Schweiz
    • Sicherstellung des Verkaufserfolgs unter Berücksichtigung der Markenintegrität und -konsistenz in allen Vertriebskampagnen
    • Enger Austausch mit dem nationalen Vermarktungsteam sowie dem Ticketing, dem Commercial Bereich, der MICE-Fachabteilung
    • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Festigung des Münchner Marktes in Verbindung mit dem APASSIONATAeigenen CAVALLUNA Park und SHOWPALAST München Das bringst Du mit:
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Touristik, BWL etc.) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb und im Bereich Verkaufsförderung / Promotion
    • Bestehendes Vertriebsnetzwerk, idealerweise auch im Raum München/Bayern
    • Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Akquise und nachhaltigen Entwicklung von Neugeschäft
    • Stark entwickelte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie Spaß am direkten Kundenkontakt
    • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
    • Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Das können wir dir bieten:
