- Optimierung, Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsabläufen und Materialflüssen (KVP)
- Anlauf- und Serienbegleitung von Produktionsprozessen in Abstimmung mit der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung, Logistik, Qualitätssicherung sowie der Montageführung als crossfunktionale Schnittstelle
- Erstellung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsplänen und -anweisungen anhand von Montageaufbauten zur Serienfreigabe in SAP, MES und CLS
- Messung und Nivellierung von Arbeitsinhalten anhand von ermittelten Vorgabezeiten mit dem Ziel der Optimierung des Materialflusses (Yamazumi)
- Analyse und Reduzierung von Stillstandzeiten innerhalb der Montage anhand von verschiedenen Tools wie bspw. einer Wertstromanalyse (VSM)
- Optimierung von Montagearbeitsplätzen einschließlich der Auswahl und Beschaffung von Werkzeugen, Betriebsmitteln und Hilfsmitteln unter den Aspekten Ergonomie, Automation, Lean und Materialfluss
- Troubleshooting und Problemanalyse innerhalb der Produktion, sowie das selbstständige Ausarbeiten von Lösungsansätzen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Einsteuerung und abteilungsübergreifendes Controlling von Neuanläufen, sowie die daraus resultierende Erteilung von Serienfreigaben
- Operatives Management des termin- und seriengerechten Modellneuanlaufs in Abstimmung mit der Produktion, sowie dem Management und R&D
- Synchronisation und Kollaboration mit der Entwicklungsabteilung zur Gewährleistung der Montierbarkeit von zukünftigen Projekten (Design for Assembly)
- Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Lean Production und den zugehörigen Instrumenten und Methoden (bspw. Yamazumi Chart, SMED etc.)
- Dein Prozessdenken, Dein Pragmatismus und Deine "Hands-on-Mentalität" zeichnen Dich aus
- Du denkst gerne auch mal außerhalb bekannter Muster und weißt, Theorie und Praxis miteinander zu verbinden
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Pro-Aktivität, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit
- Du bist sicher in der Anwendung der MS-Office-Produkte und hast bestenfalls schon mit SAP R/3, Modul PP gearbeitet
