- Evaluieren von Initiativen anhand von soliden Business Cases und Erfolgskennzahlen (KPIs)
- Gestalten von Roadmaps für die digitale Transformation und Begleiten der Kund:innen entlang der vorgesehenen Initiativen
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren an der ESB Business School in Reutlingen oder am Herman Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der ESB Business School und der Fakultät Informatik der Hochschule Reutlingen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis
- Eine tolle (Lern-) Atmosphäre in kleinen Gruppen

- Nachgewiesene Englischkenntnisse Niveau B2 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen
- Ggf. nachgewiesene Deutschkenntnisse Niveau C1 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im digitalen Umfeld, z. B. durch Praktika in Technologieunternehmen, Unternehmensberatungen oder Start-ups

- Eine feste Vergütung während der Vertragslaufzeit:
im 1. Jahr: 1.736 Euro brutto/Monat
im 2. Jahr: 2.266 Euro brutto/Monat - Übernahme der Studiengebühren sowie der Reisekosten zur Hochschule gemäß der Unternehmens-Richtlinien
- 30 Tage Urlaub im Jahr
- 38h-Vertrag mit einer auf das jeweilige Studienmodell abgestimmten Arbeitszeitgestaltung mit einer Freistellung für durchschnittlich zehn Stunden pro Woche für Studienzwecke
