How to contribute to our vision

Project Support for PMs through Project Coordinator role.

Leads Day-to-Day coordination with internal & external stakeholders for Major Projects under the

supervision of a Team Lead / PM for low complexity projects (M1).

Responsible for project execution with the given Limits of Authority (accountability with MP Project

Manager or Teamlead)

What you need to make a difference

Reviews handover documentation and creates project plan as required to ensure efficient delivery of all project requirements.

Creates, monitors and updates project schedule.

Ensures availability of technical documentation to site as required in collaboration with MP Project Manager and Field Resource Manager

Ensures availability of qualified resources and of work instructions/ procedures in collaboration with MP Project Manager and Field Resource Manager

Ensures availability of all required tools & equipment, qualified labor, parts and consumables

Shares project status reports with (internal) customer and line management to ensure transparency on the project status.
