Das Beratungsangebot reicht von der Entwicklung von Connected Business Strategien und Geschäftsmodellen bis zur Sicherstellung der effizienten operativen Umsetzung. Besuche uns auf LinkedIn Dein Wirkungsfeld Projektmanagement: Als Teilprojektleiter:in steuerst Du die Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Digitalisierungsprojekten und bringst die intelligente Vernetzung industrieübergreifend voran. Beratung und Klientenkommunikation: Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit Deinem Team eng mit unseren Klienten zusammen, um ihre Anforderungen zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln. Product Ownership: Welche digitalen Features eines vernetzten Produkts sind für den Nutzer besonders wichtig und sollten entsprechend priorisiert werden? Was sind die Abnahmekriterien und Meilensteine? Wer sind die Key Stakeholder? Plattform-Geschäftsmodelle: Wie sehen Partner- und Governance-Strukturen für erfolgreiche Kooperation zur Schaffung eines Plattform-Geschäftsmodells aus? Digitale Innovationsentwicklung: Wie schafft es ein etabliertes Unternehmen, digitale Innovation in das Produkt- und Serviceportfolio zu integrieren? Projektbeispiele: Digitale Innovationsentwicklung: Wie schafft es ein etabliertes Unternehmen, digitale Innovation in das Produkt- und Serviceportfolio zu integrieren? IoT-Portfoliostrategie: Wie sieht das Serviceportfolio rund um die Maschine in Zukunft aus? Welche IoT-Lösungen und Daten werden dafür benötigt? Konnektivität im Auto: Wie schaffst Du eine Plattform, die Millionen von SIM-Karten in Fahrzeugen steuert und weltweit Konnektivität für Dienste und Betrieb bereitstellt? Flottenmanagement für Elektro-Nutzfahrzeuge: Wie ist die Applikationslandschaft für E-Nutzfahrzeuge zu gestalten, damit komplexe Vorgänge wie Flottenmanagement oder Aftersales skalierbar, wartungsfähig und offen für neue B2B Geschäftsmodelle werden? Partnering/Make or Buy: Welche Elemente des Produkts oder der Lösung sollten selbst erstellt werden, welche sollten zugekauft werden, welche lohnt es sich in einer Partnerschaft gemeinsam zu entwickeln? Was dich auszeichnet Du hast ein wirtschaftlich oder technisch orientiertes abgeschlossenes Studium und verfügst über mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder in vergleichbarer Funktion in der (Teil-) Projektleitung. Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse zu Prozessen, Produkten, Wertschöpfungsprozessen sowie Markt- und Branchentrends aus einer der folgenden Branchen: Telecommunications, Mobility, produzierende Industrie und/oder Finanzdienstleistungen. Du verfügst über konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken und hast gute Kenntnisse im agilen und klassischen Projektmanagement. Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in Projekten, in denen digitale Lösungen zum Nutzen interner oder externer Kund:innen konzipiert, eingeführt oder optimiert wurden. Optimalerweise hast Du erste Berührungspunkte in der Gestaltung von Use Cases oder der Konzeption neuer Geschäftsmodelle gesammelt. Du sprichst Deutsch auf C-Niveau sowie fließend Englisch.
