    Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:

    Für unseren Kunden aus der Luft- und Raumfahrt sind Sie am Standort Donauwörth als Design Organisation Approval Manager/in (m/w/d) tätig.

    Ihre Aufgaben:

    - Aufrechterhaltung der zivilen und militärischen Design Organisation Apporovals (DOA)- Verbesserungs-/Zusammenlegungsmaßnahmen des EASA Single DOA- Leiten des EASA CAR Management- Management der Compliance Documents- Leiten der Definition und Einführung eines Safety Management System (SMS) in der Design Organisation- Management der Airworthiness Authorizations - Management der Compliance Documents- Unterstützen des operationellen DOA Team und Koordinierung von transversalen DOA Aktivitäten- Identifizierung von Schwachstellen des Entwicklungssicherungs-Systems / Design Assurance System (DAS) der Design Organization und Einsteuern von entsprechenden Korrekturmaßnahmen- Verbesserung der Verfahren und Prozesse und des Entwicklungssicherungs-Systems / Design Assurance System (DAS)- Unterstützung und Koordinierung der Certification- & Airworthiness Prozesse- Sicherstellung der Konformität der Compliance Dokumente mit den Luftfahrtregularien (z.B. Part 21J)- Beratung der Prozess Owner und -Improver bezüglich Luftfahrt Regularien- Teilnahme an Audits (Intern und extern)- Management von Audit Findings und Korrekturmaßnahmen- Unterstützung des Level of Involvement Reduction Projekt und der DOA Performance Analyse und Diskussion- Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung & Erweiterung und der Schnittstelle zur "Single POA"- Vertreten von Approval-relevanten Themen gegenüber den Behörden (Bsp. EASA), Partner, Lieferanten und zum Herstellungsbetrieb

    Ihr Profil:

    - Abgeschlossenes Studium in der Luft- und Raumfahrt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - Berufserfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt und Quality Engineering - Kenntnisse der Luftfahrt Regularien insbesondere Part21J, der Prozesslandschaft im Entwicklungsbetrieb, der Grundlagen eines Design Assurance Systems und Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Firmenprozesse (CES) - Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
