- Further development and continuous improvement of SAP transactions.
- Analysis of purchasing processes to implement digital solutions with the aim of improving the efficiency of the purchasing team.
- Support of the SAP/Business Process Manager as a backup in all projects.
- Interface between the purchasing department and the IT department.
- Analysis of procurement data. Ensuring data integrity and process standardization.
- Validate and document procurement requirements. Identification of problems, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.
- Continuous training of the key users and users defined in the individual countries. Writing and distributing processes.
- Supporting key users and on-site teams to ensure rapid resolution of errors and proper implementation (introduction) of improvements.
- Development, implementation and monitoring of IT projects that are not directly related to SAP.
- A completed degree with a focus on business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Basic knowledge of SAP is a prerequisite.
- Basic knowledge of the SAP module MM is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and purchasing procedures.
- Good written and spoken English knowledge.
- Knowledge of German and Spanish is an advantage.
- Very good oral and written communication skills, ideally previous experience in an intercultural environment.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to structure complex issues and solve problems (structured way of working).
- High IT affinity as well as process and goal orientation.
