    Als (Junior) Business Developer - Sales (w/m/d) entwickelst du gemeinsam mit unserer Projektingenieuren Business Cases und Gesamtenergiekonzepte für Kunden, bist verantwortlich für die Vertragsverhandlungen und präsentierst Angebote vor dem Kunden und dem E.ON Management
    Unterstützung des Managements beim Vertriebscontrolling, der Budgetplanung sowie der Vertriebs- und Marketingmaßnahmenplanung
    Du identifizierst Möglichkeiten, um neue Kunden anzusprechen, Partnerschaften intern und extern auf- und auszubauen und pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen
    Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung
    Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten zum Aufbau effektiver Beziehungen zu Kunden, internen Schnittstellen und Interessengruppen sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
