YOUR TEAM:

As a Quality Manager you are executing and optimizing the Quality Management System within CARIAD with the aim to reduce claims and warranty costs and to raise customer satisfaction with high quality products.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Maturity level management along the product creation process
Approve software products following the defined rules
Failure resolution management for customer claims
Close cooperation with the quality departments of CARIAD, different customers and suppliers
Enable best in class performance by continuous improvements
Assure the requirements of relevant standards like Automotive SPICE, FuSi, cyber security, information safety also TS 16949, ISO 9003, 9126, 12207, 15504, 26262 etc.

WHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor, Master or experience in the field of Software Quality Management
Team working in an agile project environment with crossfunctional teams and different places
Good Knowledge about quality management processes for software products
Understanding of quality management in development following V model as agile development concepts (SAFe) with focus on requiring management, system engineering, static and dynamic testing (e.g. HiL, MiL, SiL), integration and validation, configuration
Implementation of innovation by integrative habits in the teams and organization
Willing to travel following the project requirements (10% of work time)
English fluently, German good, Chinese would be a plus
