- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Produkt- und Portfoliostrategie unter Berücksichtigung der Markt- und Markenanforderungen
- Planung und Koordination aller Produktmanagement-Aktivitäten sowie aktives Schnittstellenmanagement zu den Bereichen Design & Produktentwicklung, Sourcing, Vertrieb und Marketing
- Ideen- und Impulsgeber für die kontinuierliche und zielgruppenspezifische Entwicklung und Verbesserung der Produkte
- Entwicklung von Vorgaben für die Produktdesigns unter Berücksichtigung der Kollektionsstrategie (Ausrichtung, Zielgruppe, Zielpreis, Anforderungen etc.) sowie der Markenwerte gemäß Brandbook
- Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Erkennung von Marktpotentialen sowie Identifikation relevanter Trends als Grundlage für die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Produkten
- Ausrichtung des Produktportfolios und Definition einer mittelfristigen Roadmap
- Vertriebsunterstützung national und international (Deutschland und Europa)
- regelmäßige Kundenbesuche (als Support für den Vertrieb und zur Gewinnung von Informationen aus erster Hand)
- Preisfestlegung und -positionierung
- Definition und Konzeption von Produktinnovationen in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Entwicklung
- Erarbeitung produktspezifischer Alleinstellungsmerkmale (USPs) für die Kundenkommunikation in Abstimmung mit Marketing
- Erstellung von Briefings für vertriebsunterstützende Hilfsmittel wie Flyer, Broschüren, Produktbeschreibungen, Katalogdarstellungen und ggf. Filme zur Produktanwendung in Abstimmung mit Marketing
- Durchführung von Seminaren und Schulungen für Kunden, Händler und Vertrieb
- Reklamationsbearbeitung
- abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifizierung
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im FMCG-Umfeld mit den Themenschwerpunkten Produktmanagement und ggf. Marketing
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement; detailliertes Wissen über Produktionsabläufe in der Schuhproduktion; grundlegende Materialkenntnisse
- Expertise im selbständigen Entwickeln, Organisieren und Leiten von Projekten mit hohem konzeptionellem Anteil
- sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office, Anwenderkenntnisse in Adobe Creator, Photoshop o. ä. wünschenswert
