Reconocida empresa multinacional del sector industrial precisa incorporar Purchasing Manager para incorporar en su equipo.
Funciones:
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de compras para asegurar la optimización de costos en toda la cadena de suministro necesaria para las operaciones de la empresa.
Identificar y evaluar proveedores potenciales, negociar términos y condiciones favorables y establecer relaciones sólidas para garantizar un suministro consistente y confiable.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para comprender las necesidades de compras y garantizar la alineación de las estrategias de adquisiciones con los objetivos de la organización.
Supervisar el proceso de adquisiciones de principio a fin, incluida la selección de proveedores, la emisión de órdenes de compra y el seguimiento de entregas.
Analizar constantemente el desempeño de los proveedores y realizar evaluaciones comparativas para garantizar la calidad y eficiencia de los productos y servicios adquiridos.
Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y reducir costos.
Requisitos del puesto:
Ingeniería Técnica o Grado Superior.
Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Gerente de Compras.
Experiencia en Proyectos de Montaje Industrial: centrales térmicas de ciclo combinado, industrias petroquímicas, altos hornos.
Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno dinámico y colaborar con múltiples equipos y departamentos.
Orientado a resultados, con fuertes habilidades analíticas para identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización.
Fuertes habilidades de negociación
Nivel alto de inglés.
