    AUFGABEN MIT IMPACT
  • Strategisches Lieferanten- und Vertragsmanagement
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von internationalen Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Analyse der Lieferanten und Marken in Bezug auf strategische Bedeutung, Wachstums- und Margenperspektive
  • Lieferanten-Bewertung auf Basis definierter KPIs (Umsatz, Ertrag, Lieferqualität, Innovationskraft
  • Simulation von Wachstumsszenarien und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Entwicklung von Distributions-Strategien für neue Lieferanten und Marken im Rahmen der Warengruppen und Sortiments-Strategie
  • Nachhalten der Zielerreichung (Volumina, Umsätze, Boni)
  • Kontinuierliche und systematische Abstimmung zwischen den Douglas Landesgesellschaften
    • DEINE SKILLS
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Handel
  • etwa 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf oder Vertrieb in einem international agierenden Unternehmen im Bereich Konsumgüterindustrie, Luxusgüterindustrie oder Einzelhandel
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit und Leidenschaft für komplexe Datenbanken
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel und PPT, vorzugsweise SAP-Erfahrung
  • Flexible, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv in multifunktionalen Teams mit einer interkulturellen Denkweise zu kommunizieren
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, die Beherrschung weiterer Sprachen ist von Vorteil
