- A strong background in ITIL and a Master's or MBA degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Multilingual skills, fluent in German and English, and experience running applications and ensuring high availability.
- Demonstrable experience with DevOps and Cloud concepts, as well as experience managing stakeholders up to the executive/C-Suite level.
- 8-10 years of management experience, particularly in change or interim management, and should be able to demonstrate success in change programs utilizing methodologies such as ADKAR.
- Experience managing multiple teams of at least 30 people with Agile methodology, and experience with SAFe is a plus.
- Cultural sensitivity, with experience working internationally with diverse teams and managing geographically remote teams.
- Experience in budget setting and cost management, as well as negotiation with various stakeholders to secure necessary resources.
- Experience managing teams with homegrown software solutions, cloud-based, or on legacy systems, and cloud migration experience is a plus.
