- Studium der Ökotrophologie, Ernährungswissenschaften, Lebensmittelchemie, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Kenntnisse des Lebensmittelrechts von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Analysefähigkeit sowie Ergebnisorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Unterstützung des internationalen Einkaufs bei der Entscheidung zur Freigabe der importierten Lebensmittel für den Abverkauf in unseren Filialen, ab August 2024
- Überwachung der hohen und gleichbleibenden Qualität weltweit importierter Lebensmittel
- Schnittstellenaustausch mit Probennehmern vor Ort in den Lagern sowie mit externen Analyselaboren
- Prüfung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben im Rahmen der Wareneingangskontrolle der zentralen Importlager
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Projektarbeiten im Bereich Qualitätssicherung
- Kommunikation der aus der Qualitätssicherung gewonnenen Ergebnisse an die entsprechenden Fachabteilungen und Lieferanten
