    Position at WebMD Community Specialist (m/f/d) YOUR CHALLENGE As Community Manager (m/f/d) , you will play a key role in shaping and developing our community of doctors and creating an environment that generates real added value in the digital health industry. You have the flexibility to choose your work location: either nationwide from home office in Germany , at one of our locations in Konstanz or Munich , or a hybrid combination. WHAT TO EXPECT

    • WHAT YOU BRING
  • Minimum of 3 yearsofcommunitymanagementexperience, withexposuretocommunityevents, online engagement, ordistributedcommunitiesbeingadvantageous
  • Demonstratedproficiency in projectmanagement, includinga track recordofsuccessfullyleadingprograms and processes
  • Ability tostrategicallyaligncommunityobjectiveswithoverarchingbusinessgoals and viewthecommunityfrom a strategicbusinessperspective
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a solution-oriented approach, and commitment to continuous growth.
  • Exhibit a high degreeofindependence and personal responsibility in executingtasks and projects
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in bothlanguages:German and English
  • Background in themedicalfieldisconsideredadvantageous
