    Die Position

    Wir suchen eine/-n erfahrene/-n Director of Content Moderation and Data Labelling (m/w/d) für eines unserer Portfoliounternehmen. Du wirst dabei helfen, die Vision des Unternehmens in die Tat umzusetzen und den Aufbau des neuen Geschäftsbereichs für Content Moderation und Datenkennzeichnung zu leiten.

    In deiner täglichen Arbeit konzentrierst du dich auf die Organisation und die Leitung der neuen Abteilung, die Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen mit den Zielen, Umsatz zu steigern, Kundenbeziehungen zu pflegen und unser Portfoliounternehmen als Marktführer zu positionieren.

    Werde Teil unseres Portfoliounternehmens: Dich erwartet eine Kundenservice-Plattform, die sich darauf konzentriert, Unternehmen mit Vertrieb-Expert*innen auf der ganzen Welt zusammenzubringen. Das Unternehmen arbeitet mit mehr als Customer Care Agent*innen zusammen und ermöglicht ihnen, anderen Unternehmen über die digitale Plattform Remote-Support anzubieten.

    Sei verantwortlich für:

    • Entwurf eines umfassenden Geschäftsplans, der die Strategie, Ziele und Vorgaben für den Geschäftsbereich Content Moderation und Datenkennzeichnung darlegt
    • Definition von Kernprozessen, Standards, KPIs, Tools und Jobprofilen für den neuen Geschäftsbereich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Operations Team
    • Entwicklung und Implementierung einer Go-to-Market-Strategie inkl. einer Definition der Zielkunden
    • Leitung der Vertriebsstrategie, um neue Kunden zu gewinnen und den Kundenstamm zu erweitern
    • Identifikation von Sales Leads unter Verwendung des eigenen Netzwerks und Branchenexpertise
    • Anforderungsanalyse in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Entwurf maßgeschneiderter Lösungen durch den Geschäftsbereich
    • Verständnis und Kenntnis aktueller Branchen-Vorschriften, Compliance-Standards und bewährte Vertrauens- und Sicherheitspraktiken für Content Moderation und Datenkennzeichnung und Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Datenschutz-, Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsprotokollen
    • Kontinuierlich Bewertung und Implementierung modernster Technologien und Anwendungen, um Effizienz interner Prozesse zu maximieren

    Einzelaufgaben

    • Durchführung von Marktforschung und Wettbewerbsanalysen, um neue Trends, Chancen und potenzielle Differenzierungsbereiche innerhalb der Branche zu identifizieren
    • Überwachung finanzieller und betrieblicher Kennzahlen (KPIs) und Metriken, um den Erfolg von Initiativen zu gewährleisten
    • Verantwortlichkeit vor der Geschäftsleitung durch regelmäßige Berichte
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Produktentwicklung, Vertrieb und Operations zusammen, um eigene Kompetenzen in bestehende Angebote zu integrieren und Möglichkeiten für Synergien und Zusammenarbeit zu schaffen

    Dein Profil

    • Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in einer Führungsrolle mit Fokus auf Content Moderation und Datenkennzeichnung oder ähnlichen Aufgaben
    • Starkes Netzwerk mit Entscheidungsträgern/Käufern der Branche, insbesondere mit Social-Media-Plattformen
    • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Content-Moderationsprozessen, Datenkennzeichnungsmethoden und Best Practices
    • Erfahrung im Aufbau und Management leistungsstarker Teams, einschließlich der Einstellung, Schulung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitern
    • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
    • Fähigkeit, strategische Geschäftspläne zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, operative Exzellenz voranzutreiben und messbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen
    • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
    • Kenntnisse über relevante Vorschriften und Compliance-Standards wie DSGVO und CCPA werden bevorzugt
    • Vertrautheit mit KI/ML-Technologien und Tools zur Inhaltsmoderation und Datenkennzeichnung, wie z. B. Computer Vision und Verarbeitung natürlicher Sprache, ist von Vorteil
    • Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich; Master-Abschluss bevorzugt
