- Digitale Prozesse: Einblick in unsere Backend-Systeme und -Prozesse, die die Storefront, das Auftragsverwaltungssystem und den 3PL-Logistikpartner miteinander verbinden
- Auftragsverwaltung: Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung unserer Bestellungen vom Eingang bis zur Ankunft beim Kunden
- Datenanalyse: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen zu unseren Produkten
- Abonnenten und Zahlungsprozesse: Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung unseres Kundenstamms und der Zahlungsprozesse
- Tägliche Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Support-Team um einen reibungslosen Ablauf und beste Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten
- Interesse an Nachhaltigkeit, Kreislaufwirtschaft und digitalen D2C-Brands
- Verständnis grundlegender logistischer Prozesse und Online-Affinität, analytische Fähigkeiten und ein proaktiver Kommunikationsstil
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Schwerpunkt Excel), praktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit E-Commerce-Software, OMS oder gleichwertiger Software vorteilhaft
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
