    Our client, TESA, is one of the world's leading manufacturers of technical adhesive tapes and adhesive system solutions. Not only in homes and offices, but also in smartphones, displays, cars, airplanes or roof-mounted photovoltaic systems. One of their 7000 products is probably sticking somewhere around you, often unnoticed, in a wide range of daily applications. The company is represented in 42 countries with around 5000 employees, have 14 plants, production facilities and large technology centers in Europe, Asia and North America. Their goal is to achieve sustainable international growth in the coming years.

    As a result of their declared commitment to drastically strengthen their innovative power, and proximity to customers in industry, the direct market division (+/- 1 billion€ - B2B ) has set up a new Global marketing team based in Norderstedt near Hamburg (focused on different area of global marketing: marketing excellence, brand communication, digital transformation, customer journey)

    The Head of Product Marketing Excellence role was established to enhance excellence across all facets of marketing (product marketing, pricing, launch excellence, marketing intelligence, data analytics, etc.), .

    Core Tasks:

    • Develop and implement a unified B2B marketing standards across all Business Units (BUs) and regions to support digitalization and ensure consistency.
    • Identify areas of improvement in the current marketing processes and propose effective solutions to professionalize marketing.
    • Ensure high data quality for all product-related data, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with product managers across all BUs to understand their unique needs and challenges, and provide support and guidance.
    • Influence and motivate Marketing Heads to adopt new marketing standards and processes.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to the transformation
    • Lead the team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure success.
    • Advocate for resources and team expansion to support marketing excellence across the organization.
    • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and incorporate relevant ones into the company's marketing strategy.

    Required experience:

    • Proven experience (8-10 years) in a senior marketing role (Product Management) in a B2B multinational company, with a track record of developing and implementing successful global Product marketing strategies.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
    • International and cross-functional project work
    • Strong understanding and experience with the digitalization of marketing processed.
    • Experience in designing processes and implementing them
    • Master Degree from leading universities
