- Qualification des prospects internationaux par e-mail et téléphone avec un accent sur le marché français
- Élaboration d'offres et de devis pour les clients commerciaux internationaux et les grossistes
- Accompagnement et conseil des clients potentiels ainsi qu'identification et développement de canaux de distribution en France
- Saisie et maintenance des coordonnées dans le système CRM (Pipedrive) ainsi que création d'indicateurs de vente et d'analyses
- Collaboration étroite avec les départements de la direction, du design, des achats/production
- Formation commerciale / universitaire - Les candidats en reconversion sont les bienvenus
- Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la vente B2B, des grands comptes, de la vente téléphonique, de l'assistance administrative, du commerce de gros et extérieur ou de postes similaires souhaitable
- Négociation fluide en anglais et en français - à l'écrit comme à l'oral
- Autonomie, esprit d'équipe et plaisir du contact direct avec le client
- Forte affinité en ligne et bonne maîtrise d'Excel/e-mail/Internet
