    The employees at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Hamburg develop and produce in the core areas of axles, axle components, lightweight structural components, steering columns, exhaust manifolds and pioneering e-mobility technologies. Modern welding processes and the combination of hydroforming and plastic injection molding have been further developed at the site for series production.

    At the Mercedes-Benz plant in Hamburg, you will work for 6 months in project management as well as in series change management and the planning process for technical product changes. The internship will focus on development, production planning, business administration, quality management and logistics.

    These are some of the challenges you will face:

  • Participation in series change management
  • Support and supervision of technical product developments
  • Application of project management tools for scheduling, budget tracking and other project goals
  • Participation in value analyses and design discussions with customers and suppliers
  • Cost tracking, business presentations, visualizations, etc.
  • Support and participation in quotation phases
  • Collaboration in the production of prototype parts
    • Qualifikationen
  • Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, engineering or natural sciences, vehicle construction, production engineering, plant engineering or a comparable course of study
  • Proficient in written and spoken German and English
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Commitment, motivation, communication and teamwork skills
  • Organizational talent and ability to think logically and analytically
  • Interest in project work
