- Support the development of a comprehensive sustainability strategy reflecting OLYMP's goals and values.
- Take responsibility for collecting, analyzing, and evaluating sustainability data.
- Create regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders to transparently showcase the progress in achieving our sustainability goals.
- Develop and implement effective control mechanisms to ensure the defined sustainability goals are met and maintained long term.
- Assist in continuously improving our sustainability performance.
- Closely collaborate with other departments to integrate sustainability aspects into all areas of the company.
- Degree in Economics, Natural Sciences, Sustainability Management, or equivalent.
- Experience in sustainability management, preferably focusing on reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of emissions management and understanding of relevant environmental standards and guidelines are advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured mindset to capture, analyze, and interpret complex data.
- High affinity for digital applications and experience in using data analysis tools.
- Proficient in common MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English.
