    The project:
    At Mace we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about cost and commercial management. Our German region is looking to recruit a Senior Cost & Commercial Manager with Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences sector experience who can provide full cycle cost management services for ongoing commissions throughout the country. We have an agile working policy allowing our employees to be primarily based from home with visits to client offices / projects throughout the country. Our office is based in Frankfurt, where the team will meet for ad hoc meetings as and when necessary.

  • You will manage the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
  • You will be prepare contract documents, warranties, bonds and licenses to achieve formal execution by appropriate parties
  • You will prepare costing associated with design changes, contract awards, construction activities and client charges, and present these to clients
  • Conducting feasibility studies, advising on procurement strategies and contract selection, writing and undertaking procurement reports.
