- Optimale Betreuung und Management der Werkzeugerstellung (Mitwirkung APQP), Änderung und Übergabe der Werkzeuge an die globalen Produktionsstandorte unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität und Terminen
- Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung/Einkauf von Werkzeugen
- Unterstützung des BID-Managements (Kalkulationsanfragen)
- Vereinbarung und Kontrolle von Zielen
- Internes Kapazitätsmanagement
- Repräsentation der Fachabteilung gegenüber Schnittstellen und Dritten
- Überwachung der Standardisierung und Optimierung von Werkzeugkonzepten unter Berücksichtigung der regionalen Anforderungen der globalen Werke
- Standardisierung der Werkzeugkonzepte unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Verfügbarkeit (Ersatzteile), Kosten und den Anforderungen der Werke
- Sicherstellung der Unterstützung für Optimierung und Änderungsmanagement in
den Projekten bis Abschluss von Gate 5 (Meilenstein ähnlich PPAP Green) - Implementierung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der Lieferantenbewertung
im Bereich Werkzeuge - Planung und Koordination der Aktivitäten in den Werkzeugprojekten zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und der Kosten
- Überwachung des Sub-Projektmanagements für Werkzeugprojekte (Mitwirkung APQP, Termin, Qualität, Kosten) sowie der dazugehörigen Dokumentation
- Durchführung von Lessons-Learned-Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung von Konzepten und Prozessen
- Übergabe der Werkzeuge an die Produktionswerke in enger Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der Werkzeugbemusterung
- Controlling der Kennzahlen (Key-KPIs) zur Zielerreichung und Reporting
- Mitarbeit an diversen Projekten
- Meister oder Techniker, technischer Betriebswirt oder Ingenieur im Bereich Werkzeugbau oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Werkzeugbau und Werkzeugbemusterung
- Automobilindustrie (wünschenswert)
- MS Office und SAP

- Werkzeugtechnik im Fachgebiet Kunststoff-/Spritzguss- und Blasformtechnik
