- Unterstützung der Standorte bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der Semesterplanung
- Erstellen der Semesterzeitpläne
- Zuarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Standards- und Campus-Abfragen
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Standard-Reportings inkl. regelmäßiger Aktualisierungen ( Deputate, Quoten, Dozentenkosten, Raumauslastung, etc.)
- Effiziente Gestaltung aller Prozesse
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Planungsrichtlinien
- Unterstützung bei Projekten (Verbesserung bzw. Ausweitung des Planungstools)
- Weiterentwicklung und permanente Anpassung des Planungshandbuchs zur Optimierung der Lehrplanung Damit können Sie uns begeistern
- Eine kfm. Berufsausbildung oder ein Hochschulstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Erste Berufserfahrungen im Planungs- und Organisationsbereich wäre wünschenswert ist aber nicht notwendig
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Eigenständigkeit sich schnell in komplexe und neue Zusammenhänge einzuarbeiten
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
