    What can you expect?

    • You provide the administrative support to the IT team, that includes scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling correspondence
    • You assist in maintaining and organizing IT department documentation - including system manuals, procedures and guidelines
    • You help us to coordinate various IT projects, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively
    • You assist us in software testing, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for end-users
    • You support us in managing and tracking the IT department budgets, expenses and invoices
    • You stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements, providing insights and recommendations to improve IT processes and operations

    What should you bring along?

    • You have a bachelor's degree, preferred in Information Technology or work experience in a related field
    • You bring experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an IT department or project team
    • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, your written and verbal communication skills are excellent, with attention to details
    • You work proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
    • You have a basic understanding of the IT infrastructure, software applications and troubleshooting concepts, experience with project management methodologies and tools is a big plus
    • You stand for strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
    • You demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and the willingness to learn
    • You provide strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
