    We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Director,Partnerships &Advertising, Q-Commerce (Europe) to join our fast-growing regional headquarters based in Berlin, Germany. The successful candidate will be the leader of our Partnerships & Advertising team, responsible for building strategic partnerships and growing our Advertising solutions.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Sign and grow strategic Partnerships with banks, telcos, CPGs, media agencies, etc across Europe.
    • Accountable for owning the Advertising solutions roadmap (eg. Delivery hero Ads) in Europe
    • Building and leading a senior team of industry experts in establishing, managing and scaling a consultative sales motion practice
    • Thought leadership in mentoring, coaching and establishing the Industry experts practice across Europe
    • Establish and own advertising/performance agency, programmatic partners and channel sales

    Key requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, MBA preferred but not required
    • 10-15 years of experience in digital performance marketing and solutioning sales. Experience in media agencies is a strong plus.
    • Experience leading, developing, and mentoring teams to deliver results.
    • Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.
    • Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
    • Stakeholder management (Internal and external) is critical to be successful in this role
