- As an IT system administrator (m/f/d), you will act as a competent contact person for our local IT infrastructure.
- You will be responsible for the operation, monitoring and optimization of the virtualization environment based on VMWare vSphere.
- You will administer and monitor our iSCSI storage.
- You will oversee the OS lifecycle management of our Windows server environment
- You will be responsible for the operation, monitoring and further development of our backup concept based on Veeam.
- You will manage, maintain and further develop our on-premise ActiveDirectory.
- You have successfully completed apprenticeship (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or a degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the administration of VMWare vSphere, modern storage systems and the associated backups.
- You have initial experience in change management in a high-availability IT environment and have already managed IT projects independently.
- You have an affinity for sustainable solutions that fit the IT security baseline, as well as lean processes.
- With your communicative and cooperative nature, you find it easy to support national and international users and to communicate at different levels.
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
