Beschreibung

In Ihrer Rolle als Engineering Change Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Produktänderungen (Hardware) an im Markt befindlichen Produkten hinsichtlich Form, Fit und Funktion verantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben

Umfassende Bewertung von Änderungen unter Berücksichtigung des Produktlebenszyklus und entsprechende Pflege des Änderungsportfolios

Lösung von Problemen in interdisziplinären Teams (z.B. mit den Abteilungen Industrial Engineering, Verification, Production, Service und anderen Entwicklungsstandorten) als Schnittstelle, Teammitglied oder Verantwortlicher für Änderungen

Verantwortung für die Erstellung, Aktualisierung, Ablage und Verteilung von technischen Daten und Dokumenten wie Impact Assessment, Stücklisten, Gerätestammdaten, Lieferspezifikationen, Prüfgrundlagen und technischen Informationen

Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung der technischen Dokumentation

Erstellung von Reports zu Gerätedaten (PDM-System) z.B. Werkstofflisten und Änderungsübersichten

Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von internen Prozessen und Dokumentationen für Änderungsmanagement und Designtransfer

Koordinierung und Planung von Änderungen mit Auswirkungen auf laufende Entwicklungsprojekte zusammen mit dem Hardware-Konfigurationsmanagement

Produktions-/Designtransfer im Rahmen des Änderungsprozesses in die produzierenden Bereiche in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern aus der Fertigung

Ihre Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Beruf der Fachrichtung Elektrotechni mit einschlägiger Zusatzqualifikation als staatlich geprüfter Techniker

Erste praktische Erfahrungen im technischen Bereich, vorzugsweise mit einer Spezialisierung in der Elektrotechnik oder in der Medizintechnik

Fundiertes technisches Fachwissen auf dem Gebiet der Elektronik

Fachkenntnisse in der Medizintechnik sind wünschenswert

Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Stücklisten-Management

Kenntnisse im PDM-System (ptc Windchill) wünschenswert

Kenntnisse im Requirement- und Verification-Management Tool SIEMENS Polarion wünschenswert

Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik, vorzugsweise in der Dialyse

Selbständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sehr hoher Grad an Flexibilität

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland
