    We are looking for a Country Deployment Manager eMobility (f/m/d) to join our E.ON Drive GmbH team in Essen or München as soon as possible. In this role, you will be at the forefront of establishing the largest premium ultra-fast charging network in Europe with over 400 sites in 10 countries and a volume of at least 500 M€. y If you are interested, please apply online

    Responsibilities​

  • Handle all planning and application processes for charging infrastructure deployment in specific countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements​
  • Manage all aspects of site development, including identifying suitable locations, securing permits, and coordinating with construction teams​
  • Oversee grid connection activities, working closely with utility providers to ensure a reliable power supply for our charging stations​
  • Collaborate with civil engineering teams to ensure the proper foundation and infrastructure for charging stations​
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting, including progress reports and timelines as well as efficiently manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of site development projects​
  • Coordinate the handover of completed sites to the operations team, ensuring a seamless transition​
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date for reference and compliance purposes​

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Project Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience​
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in the field of electromobility or infrastructure deployment​
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes related to infrastructure development​
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills​
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously​
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities​
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software​
  • Fluent in English
