Title:

Senior Product Owner Cloud Services

We are seeking an ambitious Product Owner to play a key part in the long-term strategy across our Services Product Center, overseeing the development of services within the product center.

As part of a team of talented Product Owners you will own one or more services and, at the same time, will be contributing to the overall product strategy definition in a supporting role to the Head of Product.- Because you are responsible for the marketability and profitability of the service, you also have a good understanding of business and pricing models, you can assess costs and revenues of the product, and you can support our sales teams to generate the right business solution for the markets your service is targeting.

You may have been working in a technical role previously and bring a combination of Agile leadership, interpersonal skills and technical knowledge, having worked in various capacities in industry in your past career.
You will be working with teams located across the globe and based at one of the following locations: Finland, Germany, UK
Our hybrid working arrangements allow you the option of working from home up to 40% of the time. This position requires a certain degree of freedom for traveling, approx. 10% of the working time.

Responsibilities:

Build services for great market success, which means:
Defining the vision of the service and creating a roadmap to communicate and sustain this vision
Collaborating with prospective customers to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into backlog items and experiments to validate your assumptions and feed your vision
Managing the product backlog based on markets and technologies in a VUCA environment
Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development, and evaluating and communicating progress to stakeholders
Working closely with the PO team and the product center leadership to contribute to the overall product center strategy and success
Working closely with the other product centers in the company to ensure that services are following the overall company strategy and are aligned to the other products' vision and roadmap
Negotiating, as needed, with international partners and suppliers

Your Skills and Experience:

Qualified to degree level in Engineering/Science with a basic knowledge and experience of software delivery; an additional business degree is a plus
A deep understanding of agility and Scrum and/or Kanban
Several years' experience as a Product Owner in fast moving and VUCA environments
Good communication and presentation skills
Good negotiation skills
Good working knowledge of English language
Knowledge of positioning techniques, such as GNSS or other location technologies, is desired but not necessary
