Was Dich erwartet

#UX/UI-Design: Entwicklung kreativer Konzepte und UX-/UI-Lösungen zur Optimierung der User Experience und Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Design-Auftritts über alle digitalen Touchpoints hinweg
#Review: Detailliertes Reviewen von Customer Journeys & User Flows, Wireframes und Annotationen sowie von Ausgearbeiteten Features und Desktop sowie Mobile Adaptationen
#Konzeptionierung: und Umsetzung von Designrichtlinien und -systemen sowie Styleguides, Digital CI und Screendesigns für unsere Portale und Applikationen
#Usability Tests: Gestaltung und Planung von Usability-Tests sowie die Erstellung und Formulierung von Hypothesen und die Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung und Gestaltung von User-zentrierter Interfaces
#Qualitätsmanagement: Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards in der Gestaltung und Ausarbeitung innovativer UX und UI Deliverables
#Fachliche Führung: und Beratung weiterer UX/UI Designer in interdisziplinären Teams

Was Du mitbringst

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikations-, Produkt-, Grafik-, Interface- oder Interaction-Design, Interaktive Medien, Mediengestaltung oder Medieninformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Bildungsweg
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im #UserInterface Umfeld ( #Interaction / #Visual / #Screen Design / #Research), Kreativität und ein Gespür für moderne Bildsprache, Formensprache und Typografie
Ein Portfolio und Projektbeispiele im Bereich #User Interface, #Navigation und #Mobile Design, sowie ein proaktiver, kreativer Kopf mit innovativen Ideen
Herausragende Kenntnisse mit #Figma, sowie Erfahrungen in weiteren gängigen #Prototyping- und #Design-Tools (u.a. Sketch, Illustrator, Invision und Photoshop)
Vorzugsweise Verständnis für #Frontendtechnologien (HTML/CSS) und
#Agile Arbeitserfahrung und Verständnis für interdisziplinäre Umsetzung von Themen im agilen Projektumfeld
Sehr gute #Deutsch und #Englischkenntnisse
