- Um die Implementierung von KI-Lösungen zu ermöglichen, konzipierst und realisierst du effiziente Architekturen für die Speicherung und Verarbeitung von Daten, basierend auf Stakeholder-Bedürfnissen und Systemanforderungen.
- Im KI-Kontext überwachst und verwaltest du alle Aspekte der Systemsicherheit, Leistung, Speicherung, Vorfälle, Nutzung, Sicherung und Wiederherstellung für Datenbanken, KI-Anwendungen und Infrastruktur auf AWS.
- Du erstellst und automatisierst die erforderliche Infrastruktur für unsere Machine Learning Pipelines und ETL-Prozesse mithilfe von Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern sowie unseren Data Scientist:innen zusammen, um deren Datenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und zu ermitteln, wie diese am besten erfüllt werden können.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Implementierung von Best Practices im Bereich Data Engineering innerhalb des KI-Teams und sensibilisierst diesbezüglich verschiedenste Stakeholder.
- Du entwickelst Software mit hoher Codequalität (zuverlässig, wartbar, effizient, sicher, sorgfältig dokumentiert und getestet).
- Du verwaltest Datenströme in der Cloud, baust skalierbare Pipelines und visualisierst diese.
- Du optimierst und verbesserst bestehende Infrastruktur-, Feature- und Datenprozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Performance, Robustheit und Kosten.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Datenmodellierung und in Data Engineering für daten- und rechenintensive Anwendungen sowie über Kenntnisse in Batch- und Streaming-Technologien.
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse über konventionelle und Big Data Storages und Zugriffsmöglichkeiten mit Methoden, Lösungen und Werkzeugen wie z.B. SQL, Elastic Stack, Spark, ETL-Tools, ...)
- Du hast nachweislich Erfahrung als Data Engineer mit guten Kenntnissen in Cloud-Services, der Programmierung mit Python, in der Arbeit mit Big Data-Technologien wie Hadoop/Spark und in der Arbeit mit Container-Technologien wie Docker oder Kubernetes.
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung im Konzipieren, Umsetzen und Verwalten von Datenpipelines unter Berücksichtigung von Security-, CI/CD- als auch Monitoring & Alerting-Best Practices.
- Idealerweise hast du eine "AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty"- oder eine "AWS Certified Database Specialty"-Zertifizierung.
- Neben Deinem ausgeprägten Teamgeist hast du eine motivierende und unterstützende Persönlichkeit.
- Die Kommunikation fällt Dir sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch leicht, da du beide Sprachen sicher beherrschst.
