    Komm zu uns als Consultant Strategy & Economics (m/w/d)

    • Du arbeitest in einer Strategieeinheit von Branchen-Vordenkern, die gleichzeitig auf eine globale Umsetzungsorganisation mit hervorragendem Ruf zurückgreifen kann, um glaubwürdige Konzepte zu entwickeln
    • Du übernimmst schnell (Teil-)Projektverantwortung von Beratungsmandaten bei unseren Kunden, u.a. in den Themengebieten Strategieentwicklung, Unternehmenssteuerungskonzepte, Organisationsentwicklung, Prozessoptimierung und Personalbemessung
    • Du unterstützt bei Akquisitions- und Vertriebsvorgängen
    • Du entwickelst den bestehenden Beratungsansatz und die zugehörigen Methoden und Tools weiter

    In unseren Projekten kannst du dich auf folgende Schwerpunkte fokussieren:

    • Entwicklung von Unternehmens- und Geschäftsfeldstrategien
    • Erarbeitung von Organisationsstrukturen und Prozessen
    • Entwicklung von unternehmensspezifischen Lösungen und Konzepten im aktuellen energiewirtschaftlichen oder wasserwirtschaftlichen Kontext

    Das solltest du mitbringen
    • Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), gerne ergänzt um MBA
    • Erste Berufserfahrung durch ein Praktikum in einer Managementberatung
    • Energiewirtschaftliches Interesse / Grundlage
    • Starkes analytisches Denken
    • Strukturierte und Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
    • Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung
    • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und unternehmerisches Denken, analytische Fähigkeiten und Methodenkompetenz

    • Gute Englischkenntnisse
