- You accompany and lead exciting Operations projects on site for our international and national customers
- You contribute your conceptual know-how to the acquisition of Operations projects
- You want to think outside the box and work on technical projects in related areas (e.g. strategy, SCM, procurement)
- In your role you are also responsible for the development of our analysts and junior consultants on the projects
- A completed master's degree from a well-known university or even better: an MBA or PhD
- A minimum of 8 years professional experience with another management consultancy or with an international, market-leading company in the conception and implementation of Operations projects as responsible project manager
- A deep understanding of operations processes from various companies and industries (especially in Machinery, MedTech and Rail), ideally complemented by experience from the digitalization of value chains and additive manufacturing
- Expert knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain and Operations Strategy, Manufacturing Footprint, Order Flow Optimization, Product Lifecycle Management and Performance Improvement, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, Lean Management
- You have an established network in the relevant industries
- You are fluent in German and English and perhaps speak another foreign language
