- Du kommunizierst mit unseren weltweiten Kunden (über das Ticketsystem JIRA, per E-Mail und telefonisch)
- Du klassifizierst Störungen auf Basis vereinbarter Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Du untersuchst und behebst selbstständig Störungen im 1st / 2nd Level Support für unsere Software-Produkte MOBILE-PLAN, MOBILE-PERDIS und MOBILE-DMS (z.B. Analyse der Protokolldateien von Java-Anwendungen, Anpassung von Konfigurationsdateien, Prüfung von SQL-Datenbanken)
- Der Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen technischen Fachbereichen (3rd Level Support) gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Arbeitsalltag
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Fachinformatiker*in oder Studium mit technischer Ausrichtung)
- (Erste) Erfahrung im 1st / 2nd Level Support und in der Analyse von Protokolldateien
- Technische Affinität und Interesse für komplexere Zusammenhänge
- Hilfsbereitschaft, Freude am Austausch sowie ein gutes Service- und Qualitätsempfinden
- Eine gute Auffassungsgabe, die hilft, neue Sachverhalte schnell zu verstehen und eigenständig bearbeiten zu können
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und routinierte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
