    Das bewegst du:



    Als TV Buying Director führst und entwickelst du ein 15-köpfiges TV Buying Team. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:
    • Du sorgst dafür, dass das Team den Einkauf, die Optimierung, die Leistungs-Überwachung und die laufende administrative Betreuung von TV Kampagnen bestmöglich umsetzen kann
    • Dazu erstellst du Reportings, Dokumentationen, Kampagnenkontrollen und Budgetforecasts
    • Die Beobachtung des Markts in Bezug auf Zuschauerverhalten, Programm-Preisänderungen und Senderentwicklung gehört auch zu deinen Aufgaben
    • Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unseren Kollegen aus dem Investment- und Auditmanagement sowie der TV Planung
    • Qualitätssicherung & Weiterentwicklung neuer Reports stehen bei dir ganz oben auf der Agenda genauso wie die Sicherstellung der Datenqualität, Datengenese- und Aufbereitung
    • Kontrolle und Einhaltung der vereinbarten Konditionen bei den jeweiligen Vermarktungseinheiten

    Das zeichnet dich aus:

    • Du bringst ein tiefes Verständnis vom Bewegtbildmarkt mit und verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im TV-Einkauf/ Optimierung in einer Mediaagentur oder auf Vermarkterseite
    • Optimalerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führen von Mitarbeitern gesammelt
    • Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer und kannst mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten souverän zusammenarbeiten und diese auch mitzureißen und zu motivieren
    • Du bist dynamische Prozesse gewöhnt und Veränderungen sind für dich eine attraktive Herausforderung
    • Für dich sind TKP, GRP, NRW, WRW, PE, OTS und Affinität dein tägliches Handwerkszeug
    • Kenntnisse in DAP Medialine sind von Vorteil und du überzeugst mit sehr guten MS-Office-Kenntnissen
    • Analyse und ein sorgfältiger Umgang mit Zahlen liegen dir im Blut
    • Neben deinen hervorragenden Deutschkenntnissen runden deine guten Englischkenntnisse dein Profil ab
