- Sie sind für die strukturierte Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Sollarbeitsabläufen und Arbeitsplätzen nach neuesten arbeitswissenschaftlichen und -medizinischen Methoden verantwortlich und stehen im regelmäßigen Austausch mit den zuständigen Zentralbereichen.
- Neben der Überprüfung von Arbeitsprozessen und der Durchführung von Zeitstudien, verfolgen Sie aktiv Ratioprojekte zur Produktivitätssteigerung im Arbeitssystem und überwachen darüber hinaus die Auslastung sowie die Produktivität.
- Über die etablierten Zeiterfassungsmethoden hinaus, nutzen Sie MES-Daten zur Analyse möglicher Potenziale an den von Ihnen betreuten Fertigungsanlagen.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination von Projekten in Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.
- Auch führen Sie gewissenhaft fachbezogene Schulungen und Beratungen zu Kernthemen der Arbeitssystemgestaltung, sowie Arbeitswirtschaft durch.
- Ausbildung: erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Industrial Engineering, Automatisierungs-/Fertigungs-/Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.
- Persönlichkeit: Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Arbeitsweise: zielorientierte, strukturierte und analytische Vorgehensweise
- Erfahrungen und Know-How: Erfahrungen im produktionsnahen Umfeld, Methodenkompetenz im Bereich Produktsysteme und Wertstromdesign, sowie in der ergonomischen Arbeitsplatzgestaltung
- Qualifikationen: REFA-Ausbildung, MTM-Engineer, Train the trainer
