Gemeinsam mit deinem Team aus dem Bereich Financial Services - Regulatory & Compliance, berätst und prüfst Du unsere Mandanten und Mandantinnen aus der Finanzindustrie bei der Auseinandersetzung mit regulatorischen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Themen sowie bei Transformationen der Prozesse in der Unternehmenssteuerung.

    Deine Aufgaben

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Rechtswissenschaften, der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder in einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung - ggf. sogar in Verbindung mit einer Bankausbildung oder als Quereinsteiger aus anderen Fachrichtungen.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Bankenaufsichtsrechts und Regulatory, idealerweise Kenntnisse zu nationalen und europäischen regulatorischen Anforderungen ( BCBS, CRR, KWG, MaRisk, FINREP, COREP, Basel III, Basel IV etc.).
  • Begeisterung an aktuellen Technologietrends, Spaß komplexe Zusammenhänge zu analysieren und ggf. sogar erste Erfahrungen mit einer Standardsoftware im Meldewesen ( ABACUS, BAIS).
  • Sehr gute Kommunikation Skills in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Reisebereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit.

    Du willst mit Deiner Expertise in dem Team Regulatory & Compliance unsere Kunden und Kundinnen beraten sowie prüfen und dabei vielfältige Einblicke in die Regulierung von Banken erlangen? Dann kannst Du Dich hier einbringen:
  • Beratung: Du berätst als Teil unseres interdisziplinären Teams nationale und internationale Banken und Finanzdienstleister in abwechslungsreichen Projekten etwa zur Einführung neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen, zur Limitierung von Liquiditätsrisiken oder zu der Ermittlung und Offenlegung von ESG-Risiken.
  • Prüfung: Du prüfst die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen durch Banken und Finanzdienstleister im Rahmen des Jahresabschlusses oder von Sonderprüfungen im Auftrag der BaFin und trägst hierdurch zur Stabilität des Finanzsektors bei.
  • Hands-On-Einstieg: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Projekte zur strategischen Optimierung aufsichtsrechtlicher Kennzahlen in der Unternehmenssteuerung.
  • Innovation: Zur Erhöhung der Effizienz bei unseren Mandanten und Mandantinnen entwickelst Du innovative Lösungen zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von aufsichtsrechtlichen Prozessen von Banken, Versicherungen oder FinTechs.
