Mitarbeiter Backoffice (m/w/d) (Teilzeit)

Supply Chain/ Zoll / Verbrauchsteuer

Ihre Aufgaben:

Überwachung und Pflege der Warenflüsse für verbrauchsteuerliche Zwecke
Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen für diverse Steuerläger
Unterstützung und Durchführung interner und externer Audits
Bearbeitung von Statistiken für den Produktions- und Vertriebsbereich
Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten sowie Behörden im Bereich Kraftstoffe und Verbrauchsteuern
Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung der Straßen-, Binnenschiffs- und Seeschiffslogistik
Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
Erste Erfahrung in den Bereichen Disposition/ Warenwirtschaft/ Logistik
Kenntnisse im Bereich Verbrauchsteuern wünschenswert
Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC, Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftsprogrammen und MS-Office
Spaß am Umgang mit großen Datenmengen (Data-Warehouse Funktionen, interaktive Dashboards etc.)
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
