- Fachliche Steuerung der Plan-, Build- und Run-Phasen von übergreifenden IT- und Service-Lösungen (Solutions) zur digitalen Kooperation und Verwaltung
- Verantwortung von fachübergreifenden Themen, Aufgaben und deren Laufzeiten mit technischem Bezug in Abstimmung mit der jeweiligen Projektleitung
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Kunden Bundeswehr und Eskalationsinstanz der Kundenvertreter für die verantworteten Solutions im Portfolio
- Sicherstellung der Qualität der Leistungserbringung des gesamten Solution-Portfolios
- Bearbeitung von Governancethemen, Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement
- Vorbereitung von Entscheidungen und Lösungswegen für das Management
- Mitwirkung beim internen und externen Stakeholdermanagement sowie bei der Leitung von Kundengremien
- Abgeschlossenes (IT-)Studium oder vergleichbar
- Etwa sechs oder mehr Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung als Senior Solution Manager (m/w/d) oder in der Umsetzung von komplexen IT-Integrationsvorhaben
- Technische Fachkenntnisse im Bereich gängiger IT-Infrastruktur/Architektur (z.B. Plattform) und/oder angewandter Real-Time Communication in Verbindung mit einem guten Verständnis für komplexe technische Zusammenhänge
- Expertise in der Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit mittlerem und hohen Management sowie Geschäftsführern
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit klassischen und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden
- Innovatives Denken, Kreativität, Flexibilität im Umgang mit Projektmanagementmethoden, Veränderungsfähigkeit
- Erfahrung im Kundenumfeld Bundeswehr von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

Die Organisationseinheit CS Collaboration (CDI) ist verantwortlich für Projekte und Vorhaben der BWI für das Cluster "Collaboration & Digital Administration, Information Management (CDI)" der Bundeswehr. Die CS Collaboration hat das Ziel, Collaboration und Groupware-Technologien für die Bundeswehr zu planen und in den Betrieb zu bringen. Bisher wurden im Schwerpunkt die Projekte Groupware Bundeswehr und Dokumentenmanagementsystem Bundeswehr (DokMBw) bearbeitet.
