About Us:

ApoQlar is the developer of a medical mixed reality platform that is revolutionizing how medicine is practiced, experienced, learned, and shared.

VSI HoloMedicine is a medically certified software platform that leverages the Microsoft HoloLens hardware to transform medical images, clinical workflows, and medical education into an interactive 3D mixed reality environment.

To support our dynamic global team with the growing legal challenges, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Legal Counsel (M/F/x).

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the global teams in Europe, USA and APAC on a variety of legal issues in the areas of commercial law, data protection, intellectual property, regulatory (medical devices), compliance and corporate law.
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts with customers, cooperation partners, etc.
Close cooperation and consultation with the Clevel and involvement in company processes (e.g. transactions)
Supporting management and all departments across the globe in legal matters (Corporate Governance, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Operations, Marketing)
Legal support for the development of new markets (e.g. Southeast Asia, Middle East) and strategic projects

Your profile:

Completed law degree (JD, master's in business law, Staatsexamen or equivalent)
Experience working at a law firm or a company, experience in a startup environment is a plus
Experience in commercial (contract drafting) and Corporate. Experience with data protection, intellectual property and medical device law is a huge plus.
Very good legal knowledge in the context of business needs and technology related projects.
Strong organizational skills and good time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, judgment, enthusiasm, and interpersonal skills
Ability to take the lead and work independently on any responsibilities within the job description.
Excellent communication as well as verbal and written skills English, German is a huge plus.
