- Software implementieren: Sie führen eines der derzeit besten Planungstools (Kinaxis) ein, stellen seine erfolgreiche Nutzung sicher und begleiten seine Weiterentwicklung im Unternehmen.
- Planungsstandards setzen: Sie konzipieren Standards für das Demand Planning, Bestandsmanagement, die Netzwerk- und Kapazitätsplanung - in den Produktionswerken sowie bei Lieferanten.
- Zusammenarbeit koordinieren: Als Schnittstelle zwischen den beteiligten Fachbereichen, unseren Auslandsgesellschaften und Produktionsstandorten sorgen Sie dafür, dass bereichsübergreifendes Wissen zu optimalen Lösungen im Supply Planning führen.
- Lösungsvorschläge einbringen: Nicht zuletzt erstellen Sie Analysen für beteiligte Fachbereiche und leiten klare Handlungsempfehlungen daraus ab.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. BWL, Supply Chain Management, Logistik Management,Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Demand Planning und Prozessmanagement
- Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen mit der Optimierung von Beschaffungs- und Bedarfsprozessen, Projektmanagement, Change Management und Innovationsmanagement.
- Sehr gutes IT-Verständnis, gute Kenntnisse von SAP/R3, APO oder vergleichbaren Tools (z.B. Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9).
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Ausgeprägte Prozessaffinität, Moderations- und Kommunikationsgeschick sowie den Willen, Veränderung voranzutreiben.
