    Einführung:

    Wir sind ein digitales Startup im spannenden Direct-to-Consumer Bereich. Sagt Dir nichts? Macht nichts Wir entwerfen, prototypen und produzieren Interior-Produkte nach unseren individuellen Vorstellungen, und geben ihnen anschließend ein Zuhause in einer unserer eigenen Markenkreationen Kein langweiliger E-Commerce Handel also, sondern alles, was das Produkt- und Markenherz im Interior und Dekobereich begehrt

    Seit der Gründung 2018 konnten wir bereits 2 Eigenmarken zum Leben erwecken, bei denen wir die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette von der Idee über die Produktentwicklung, Konzeption und Design sowie Produktion bis hin zum Vertrieb, der Vermarktung und dem Kundenservice abdecken. Damit sind wir in der Lage, Marken und Produkterlebnisse nach unseren genauen Vorstellungen zu kreieren.

    Deine Rolle:

    Als Visual Designer bei Kazai spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer visuellen Markenstrategie. Du bist verantwortlich für das Design und die Realisierung aller visuellen Inhalte auf Amazon und anderen Plattformen. Deine kreativen Lösungen tragen dazu bei, Kazai als die erste Wahl für stilbewusste Interior-Liebhaber zu positionieren. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit uns, Kreativ- und Medienagenturen sowie Freiberuflern sorgst Du für eine konsistente und ansprechende visuelle Markendarstellung.

    Deine Aufgaben:
    • Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer visueller Strategien, die unsere Marke auf Amazon und darüber hinaus stärken.
    • Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Produktlaunches, inklusive der Erstellung von hochwertigem Content und ansprechenden Listings.
    • Planung und Durchführung von Produktlaunches, inklusive Leitung der Shootings, Erstellung von Content und Listings.
    • Kreation von Creatives, Projektierung von Videoproduktionen und Steuerung von 3D Design Agencies zur Optimierung unserer Markendarstellung.
    • Erstellung von überzeugenden Grafiken, Illustrationen und Videoproduktionen, die unsere Markenidentität widerspiegeln.
    • Durchführung von A/B-Tests für visuelle Inhalte, um die Effektivität unserer Kommunikation zu maximieren.
    • Pflege der Markenpräsenz in sozialen Netzwerken durch visuell ansprechenden Content.
    • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen und internen Teams, um eine einheitliche visuelle Kommunikation sicherzustellen.
    Qualifikationen:
    • Erfahrung als Visual Designer oder in einer vergleichbaren kreativen Rolle, vorzugsweise in einem E-Commerce- oder Startup-Umfeld.
    • Ausgeprägtes Talent für Grafikdesign, Typografie und visuelle Konzeption.
    • Beherrschung der Adobe Creative Suite (insbesondere Photoshop, Illustrator und After Effects).
    • Fähigkeit, kreative Marketingstrategien und -kampagnen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
    • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen, Freiberuflern und internen Teams.
    • Fähigkeit, innovative visuelle Konzepte zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
    • Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
