- Spearhead the identification and evaluation of potential investment opportunities in Germany/Europe, executing market and financial analysis.
- Manage/oversee the end-to-end deal process, including due diligence, intricate financial modelling, and deal structuring.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement strategic initiatives within our portfolio companies.
- Exercise vigilant oversight of existing investments, pinpointing opportunities for value creation and operational improvements.
- Maintain an astute awareness of market trends, conduct competitor analyses, and stay abreast of industry developments to inform investment decisions.
- Academic Grade of 1.0; Bachelor's or MSc in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus or PhD.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years') in Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking, with a focus in Pharma, MedTech or Life Sciences.
- In-depth experience in; Corporate (i.e., Forecasting & Valuations, BD&L), M&A and Deal/Transaction Advisory and Commercial/Vendor Due Diligence.
- Inept Financial modelling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key Clients and Stakeholders.
- Fluency in German, and English (B2-C2) - is required.
