in Rücksprache mit der zuständigen Teamleitung. - Unterstützung der Abteilungs- und Teamleitung in besonders praxisnahen Fachfragen, bei Personal- und Materialplanung im Fachbereich sowie bei Aufwandsabschätzungen und Angebotserstellung
- Ansprechpartner und Berater anderer Abteilungen und Teams in Fachfragen; ebenso und ausdrücklich auch für Produktmanagement und die Entwicklungsabteilung
- Ansprechpartner der Kunden in hochprioren oder kritischen Projekten oder Supportfällen
- Mitarbeit im eigenen Bereich, sofern vorgenannte Aufgaben nicht behindert werden; dies
umfasst die Erstellung von Kundenskripten, kundenspezifischen Setup sowie die Betreuung
von festgelegten, intern verwendeten Tools - Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektro-/ Informationstechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen elektronische
- Messtechnik, Fahrzeug-Bussysteme und/oder Kfz-Elektronik
- langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Skripterstellung für unsere Software IPEmotion, im Bereich der Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Setup, sowie ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Aufbau und der praktischen Anwendung unserer Software IPEmotion
- Kenntnisse der IPETRONIK-internen Zuständigkeiten und Prozesse
- Gute Kenntnis der Arbeitsweise unserer Schlüsselkunden
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen schnell zu verstehen, um Problemlösungen herbeizuführen
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an kollegialer Zusammenarbeit
