    Aufgaben

    STRABAGrealisiert sein umfängliches Portfolio für Bau- und Baudienstleistungen zueinem großen Maß mit zugekauften Materialien und Leistungen unter Einbindungexterner Lieferanten. Zur weiteren Standardisierung und Digitalisierung sowiestrategischen Ausrichtung des Einkaufs wurde im Zentralbereich Innovation &Digitalisierung ein Projektrahmen geschaffen, um konkrete Werkzeuge zu schaffenund die Strategien des Konzerns durch deren Umsetzung zu realisieren.   • Begleitung der Fachabteilung Nachhaltigkeit aus Sicht des Einkaufs bei der Fortschreibung der Gesamtprojektplanungen zur Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen an die Lieferkette
  • Mitwirkung bei der Ausarbeitung von Projektanträgen zur Nachhaltigkeit im Einkauf bis zur Erwirkung der Freigabe
  • Fachliche Konzeptionierung und inhaltliche Ausarbeitung der Prozesse zur Umsetzung der Nachhaltigkeit im Einkauf und Übergabe an operative und zentrale Einheiten im Konzern zur Einführung und Umsetzung
  • Aktive Begleitung der Ausrollung mit Analyse der Nutzungserfahrungen und zur eventuellen Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
  • Mitwirkung bei Planung und Durchführen des Monitorings, Reportings und Controllings der Umsetzung der Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen an die Lieferkette im Einkauf
  • Projektleitungstätigkeiten zu Themen der Nachhaltigkeit im Einkauf hinsichtlich Inhalten, Qualitäten, Risiken, Terminen und Kosten

    • Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf bzw. mit vor-/nachgelagerten Prozessen wie Kalkulation oder Produktion – bestmöglich in der Bauindustrie oder im produzierenden Gewerbe
  • Belastbare Kenntnisse zu bestehenden und geplanten Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen an die Industrie und deren mehrstufige Lieferkette sowie den Einkauf
  • Umfängliche Erfahrung mit der Definition von Anforderungen an die Lieferkette und den Einkauf und dem Management der zugehörigen Umsetzung
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch sowie ausgeprägter Anspruch zur Standardisierung, Strukturierung und Systematisierung komplexer Regelprozesse
  • Starker innerer Antrieb zur Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen im Bauwesen und eine hohe Motivation zur Mitwirkung im erforderlichen Change
  • Ausgesprochen kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und verhandlungssicher bestmöglich auch in Englisch zur Einbindung der breiten Stakeholder-Landschaft über alle Hierarchieebenen in die Transformation
