Ausführliche Beschreibung
Unterstützen Sie uns tatkräftig im Bereich EAA in der Position als Projekt Certification Engineer (m/w/d). Wir freuen uns auf Ihre aussagekräftige Online-Bewerbung.Aufgaben Eigenverantwortliche Koordination von Zulassungs- und/oder Qualifikationsprojekten hinsichtlich termingerechter Erstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe aller dafür notwendiger Dokumente. Abstimmung von Nachweisdokumenten mit allen involvierten externen und/oder internen Bereichen im Rahmen des vereinbarten Zeitplans eines Projekts in Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen an Technik, Zulassung, Sicherheit und Umwelt für:
•die Qualifikation von Komponenten (u.a. Qualifikationsprogramme/-reports, Testdokumentation)
•die Zulassung und Qualifikation von Modifikationen an Flugzeugen (u.a. Zulassungsprogramme/-reports)
•die Aufrechterhaltung der Lufttüchtigkeit von Luftfahrzeugen
•die Wartung von Luftfahrzeugen (u.a. Sicherheits-, Zuverlässigkeits-, Wartbarkeits- und Wartungsanalysen)
•Mitarbeit als Requirement Engineer für die Erstellung von Lastenheften und deren Nachweis:
•Zusammentragen und Verwalten von Anforderungen an Entwicklung (Lastenhefte)
•Kontrolle/Koordinierung des Abarbeitungsstands
•Vorab-Prüfung von durch Unterauftragnehmer/Partner erstellten Zulassungs- und Qualifikationsdokumente, Erkennen und Anzeigen von Mängeln, Prüfung auf Einhaltung der Entwicklungsziele
•Überwachung, Koordination und Steuerung von Labor-, Boden- und Flugversuchen einschließlich deren Auswertung und Einleitung erforderlicher Korrekturmaßnahmen
•Organisation und Verwaltung der Ablage und Archivierung aller Zulassungs- und Qualifikationsdokumente sowie Führung der Projektakten
•Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Projektplänen, Angebotskalkulationen, Zeitplänen sowie abteilungsbezogener Verfahrensanweisungen und Prozessbeschreibungen.
•Auswertung der Daten über Vorkommnisse, Mängel und Fehlfunktionen aus dem Betrieb, Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen zur Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung der Lufttüchtigkeit, Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Wartbarkeit
•Verwaltung und Pflege der erforderlichen Software-Tools und Daten, z.B. für Durchführung der Analysen für die Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit, Wartbarkeit und Wartung, Requirement Engineering
