- Sicherstellen, dass die Flugzeugdefinition den höchsten Anforderungen entspricht und auf dem neuesten Stand ist
- Analysieren und Ableiten geschäftlicher und marktbezogener Anforderungen für die Flugzeugentwicklung aus den Designentscheidungen
- Gewährleistung der Geschäftsmodellgültigkeit während des Entwicklungszyklus durch umfassende Überprüfung von Personalbestand, Kosten und Zeitplan
- Strukturieren und Managen des Flugzeugdesigns und der -konfigurationen, um eine optimale Leistung sicherzustellen
- Etablierung einer reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Design- und Produktionsorganisationen, um die Effektivität und Effizienz der Produktion zu gewährleisten
- Ingenieurstudium in Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Maschinenbau
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Entwicklungsphasen u. im Lebenszyklus mehrerer Part 25-Flugzeuge, sowie Antrieb/Flugzeugintegration
- breite Kenntnisse der Zulassungsanforderungen für Flugzeuge, Designkriterien, Materialien, Methoden und Werkzeuge
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung neuer Flugzeuge, verfügbare Unterzeichnungsdelegationen und/oder CVE sind von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit zur Leitung komplexer, interner und externer Aufgaben

Aufgaben
Zusammen mit zwei weiteren Chief Engineers arbeiten Sie interdisziplinär auf Flugzeugebene. Sie verantworten das Eco-Programm, folgen und setzen die Vision eines sicheren und energieeffizienten Fliegens um.
