Leitung und Steuerung des Warenverteilzentrums sowie fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der White & Blue Collar Worker, um einen effizienten Logistikbetrieb sicherzustellen

Hauptansprechpartner und Verhandlungspartner des örtlichen Betriebsrats

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Logistikstrategien zur Optimierung der Supply Chain der Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf

Budgetverantwortung sowie kontinuierliches Monitoring der Kosten für Lagerhaltung, Transport und Personalmanagement sowie Identifizierung von Kosteneinsparungspotentialen zur Verbesserung der Gesamtwirtschaftlichkeit der Logistikabläufe

Entwicklung von KPIs zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen der Supply Chain

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von lokalen und internationalen Richtlinien für den Logistikbetrieb sowie die Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen

Implementierung von Prozessen und Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der vereinbarten Servicelevels sowie Steuerung von Supply Chain Innovationsprojekten

Verantwortung der Lagerbestände und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen und Lieferanten, um die Einhaltung der Vorschriften und rechtzeitige Lieferung von Waren sicherzustellen

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder verwandten Bereichen

Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von großen Distributionszentren sowie ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten

Einschlägige Erfahrung im (Textil-)Einzelhandelssektor, insbesondere im stationären Einzelhandel und im E-Commerce

Verständnis von WMS-Systemen für das Management von Distributionszentren

Fähigkeit zur Anwendung betriebswirtschaftlicher Kenntnisse im Logistikmanagement, einschließlich der Implementierung von KPIs, Service Level Agreements und Kosten-/Budgetmanagement

Vertiefte Kenntnisse von Logistik- und Lieferkettenprozessen, einschließlich Logistiktechnologie und -systemen

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
