- Develop and maintain the corporate PSM program that includes risk assessment, process design and equipment integrity, operating procedures, maintenance practices, and emergency response plans
- Review and analyse process safety accident data and potentials process safety events from multiple sites to identify opportunities for improvement in process safety, support the sites in the investigation
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to site-based process safety engineers and other stakeholders on PSM-related matters
- Support the sites in process safety risk assessments according to the corporate procedures
- Develop and deliver PSM-related training and awareness programs for employees and contractors
- Participate in corporate HSE audits and inspections and ensure that corrective actions are implemented across all sites
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to ensure that new processes are designed with safety in mind and comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process safety management, preferably in the chemical or petrochemical industry
- Minimum of 5 years experiences in process safety risk assessments in the chemical industry
- Knowledge and experience of SEVESO guidelines
- Knowledge and experience of PSM standards and regulations, such as OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, SIL and NFPA 652
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- fluent communication skills in English; French or German are a plus

Job Mission:The Corporate Process Safety Engineer, is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the process safety management (PSM) systems, policies, and procedures across all manufacturing sites.
